Andrew McCarthy, The New Criterion – Enter totalitarian democracy

This is a long read, but put on a pot of coffee and kick up your feet. Well-written and worth every minute!

Thom Lambert, Associate Professor of Law, University of Missouri School of Law – My Professor, My Judge, and the Doctrine of Judicial Review

Lee Habeeb, National Review – Too Young to Die: Why do we ignore murders of blacks by other blacks?

Washington Examiner – DHS: Kinder Surprise Easter eggs ‘too dangerous’

More insanity from an ever-growing nanny state. I don’t know how my siblings and I ever survived childhood in Germany–where we had these eggs every Easter. Vote them out!

Ann Coulter, Townhall – Verilli Not Administration’s Worst Lawyer After All

Michael Barone, Washington Examiner – Colleges skimp on science, spend big on diversity

I wonder why they can’t get jobs?

Orlando Sentinel – Pregnant woman, two others shot in Sanford drive-by

Note anything interesting about the article? No mention of the races of those involved. Hint: not white. So when black thugs unload 30 rounds into a crowd, the pregnant black woman they injured isn’t worthy of liberals’ or the media’s outrage. Try to suppress your shock.

Ed Koch, RealClearPolitics – The Chickens Are Coming Home to Roost

Michelle Malkin – The Democrats’ Election Forgery Racket

CBS – Appeals court fires back at Obama’s comments on health care case

Orlando Sentinel – Two arrested in brutal hammer beating in Seminole

Interesting that the article neglects to mention the race of the victim. (Hint: pale of palor. Other news sources easily found via Google confirm.) Where’s the media outcry against black racists bludgeoning innocent whites? Or for banning the private ownership and carry of hammers?

Thomas Sowell, IBD – Discrimination Often Used As An Excuse For Failure

Nick Gillespie, WSJ – Stop Panicking About Bullies

Charles Krauthammer, Washington Post – The ‘flexibility’ doctrine

Yahoo! News – Combative Obama warns Supreme Court on health law

You know, for a guy who is a supposed Constitutional scholar, Obama seems awfully unfamiliar with its contents.

WSJ – Not-So-Smooth Operator: Obama increasingly comes across as devious and dishonest.

American Thinker – Holder’s Revenge

Townhall:

NY Post – Faith in science?

Gun-free Zone Failure

April 2nd, 2012 No comments

Seven people were killed in a “gun-free zone” at a university in California by…you guessed it–a perp with a gun. Didn’t he see the signs?
